For before-1973 armour, the best match is Tamiya XF-51 Khaki drill or Humbrol 72, for after-1973, the best match is Humbrol 84, I think there is no equivalent in Tamiya, They told me this in an thread opened by me in an IDF forum, so for your 1967 Sho't the best match is Tamiya XF-51 as base color, the overall color may vary with the washes and weathering.
