Hi, I attach a photo of a Ferret Mk2 I took back in 2006. While these machines were used by the Australian Army between 1964-1972 (as stated by the plate in front of this vehicle) you get the idea of how they looked like. Camo on interiors for engine cover and crew hatch, silver for driver's compartment. This restored vehicle belongs to the RNSWL Memorial Museum, see http://www.lancers.org.au/site/The_Museum.asp
I know it doesn't specifically answer your question but hopefully gives you a better idea.
Being the Dingo an open top vehicle I think it is more likely to have had camo colour for the interior, though a quick look into the Internet showed restored vehicles (depicting machines in Canadian service) with interiors painted white.
