I actually had one of these. I guess for a casual modeller its "ok". The compressor runs off standard R/C car 7.2v batteries. So you need to buy a couple batteries and a charger. I found for a big paint job I needed two or three batteries. So for $45 USD for a charger and $30 each for three batteries... on top of the price of the Spray Works set up... its not cheap.

The compressor has fixed pressure, no moisture trap, and a permanantly attached spray gun. The spray gun isn't bad but you can't do really fine work. You can adjust it a bit but not too much. You can base coat models very well with it and do large camouflage of maybe 1" wide. To clean the gun you have to take the whole thing apart and its a bit fiddly with tubes and plungers and things inside. On the plus side is that its pretty basic and reliable. And also portable. But you can't swap out the air gun, which is a big drawback.
