Hi.
If you have an acrylic base coat, then the oils over top can be wiped off with thinner (not too much, or too hard) if you make a mistake.
And if you put a glob (small) on the model, you can use thinner to move it around or dilute it. But this is all stuff you should try out beforehand! Don't do it on your best new paint job!
