Thanks Paul, for your kind words.
Actualy, the first layer is around 50% + 50%(quite about though. Try it out
before applying it on the model) on the wheels ,tracks and underneath the
fenders.
2nd layer is around 20% + 80%, as Ken discribed in his post, on the same
area but a little bit "spread out" the area. Add another layer with the same
ratio on the same area but with more "spreaded out". If it is not good
enough, another layer and so on.
If necessary thin the paint down at 10% + 90% and apply it on all vehicle.
So far, only air brush is used.
Wait for it drys, brush the rubber part of the wheels and tracks with dark
grey - almost black.
Final step, brush with yellow chalk pastel powder around the hinges and the
eges of hatches to represent the "rain marks".As well as on those wheels.
Although it sounds a lot of work. the layer applyed with air brush only
takes half an hour to an hour to finish. I spent most of the painting time
on the final step.
BTW, don't apply dullcote on the pastel dust. For some reason, the "dust"
disappears. Add dullcote before the pastel wheathering.

Hope this could be of some help.

Robert
