You have both options with the Aztek.
Personally I use the larger "suction" paint cup, any leftover paint I keep in air
tight boxes for 35mm photo rolls of film. However I thin my paint (Tamiya
acrylic) a lot (70% thinner to 30% paint) so I have to refill several times per
painting session.
