The construction forum is for the discussion of small scale AFV modelling. Usually this refers to 1-76th and 1-72nd scale AFVs. |

Looks great Kostas, especially the tent cover on the back. Excellent
"worn" paint job as well. Are you putting this in a diorama?
One bit of constructive criticism, if you don't mind it. The jerry cans
on the side are not good representations of the real thing. I think
they are an approximation of the US version but the detail is crude.
Better versions of the German jerry can (pressed steel - two parts
making the body and one part making up the handle - see below: note this
may be a British copy of the german can but they seem to be identical)
are available. Both Mars and Armo offer nice resin ones with separate
handles. The jerry cans that come with the Fujimi Panzer I and
Jagdpanzer I are also good representations although you have to do
something about the handles, which aren't detailed.
I also attach a picture of the US version. These photos are from the
storage facility of the Canadian War Museum.
Hope this helps (once again this is constructive criticism - I think the
Skdfz looks fantastic!).

(i agree the detail on them is as good as the esci hard plastic ones)
