NKR Models in Australia (www.nkrmodels.com.au) also carries ACE, but again,
I don't think thay have any of the tanks in stock. This is one of my
favorite hobby shops, with service better than any US mail order shop I've
tried. I once received an order from him in three days (Australia to
California)!
Hannants in London (http://www.hannants.co.uk/ carries ACE too, and I
believe that they have some in stock. And finally, Mighty Military
Miniatures (http://www.mightymilitaryminiatures.com) carries ACE too, and
they are on sale. But sadly, once again, so T-55's in stock.
Till Huber, who frequently posts here, carries ACE in his shop:
http://www.smallscale.de/. Perhaps he can say if he'll be expecting any
soon.
So, how's that? Four shops who carry the line, but only one with the kit in
stock. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
