Hey Guys,
thanks for the tip. I bought some Easy-Off, and it worked very well, although it took 2 or 3 tries (due to the age and thickness of the paint, I am guessing). The good news is I tried the "fume free" Easy-Off, and it worked very well, and had nowhere near as much obnoxious odors (although a mask, gloves and safety glasses are still a must). Now I am ready to start my new project....a completely re-done 1/72 Hummel, with a scratchbuilt fighting compartment. Wish me luck!

Thanks again,

Mike C.
