Hello -
Yes, I agree. Phillip is a real good guy. I placed orders with him twice before. The last time, it took 5 months to get the stuff. The delays were caused by a variety of reasons. Delay in manufacturer, vacation, etc.. I was in no hurry, so it was OK. However, I agree that he either needs to streamline his operations or get more help to deal with the orders. His company is the best in terms of getting the hard-to-find stuff. |
