The construction forum is for the discussion of small scale AFV modelling. Usually this refers to 1-76th and 1-72nd scale AFVs.

Yep, couldn't resist a pair of tank kits for under USD$5.00!
Built their Early Tiger, Late Tiger, Maus, and E100.
Found the Late Tiger and E100 kits to be the nicest of the lot.

Fit between upper hull and lower hull plate - trapping the rubbery suspension parts - to be the toughest part of the "build". Well that, and getting paint to stick and DRY on those suspension bits.

Left the PE grills off the Tigers as would have to cut off the tow cables molded to the engine decks. A non-issue on the Maus and E100.

I have the Sturmtiger and "BergeTiger" on the shelf to do; want to have a complete "family" of Tigers in this scale for the swell of it.

As an FYI, the CanDo pre-paints are these same kits, obviously built/painted/marked (rather nicely!).
Have a CanDo Mid Tiger, Henschel KT, and Annelise, Porsche KT.

Also, the Takara World Tank Musem series offers a very nice JagdTiger and Tiger I(P). IMHO, better moldings than the DML/CanDos, but not as nicely painted/marked as the CanDos.

Have the pair of Morsers in the box to do yet as well; the one with the "observation PzKwIII" and the other morser with the "observation Panther".

Hope Panzer Korp starts to offer kits of their KTs and Abrams.
Take care and have a great holiday season!
Steve
