Yes the figures are incredible, they're better detailed than some 1-35th scale figures. Do you think DML are having some fun with us by included the SS pea-patterned painting guide?
I think the most fun part of this kit would be the painting. One can select or invent any number of schemes. I like the Soviet markings included too.
