The thirty Calgary Regiment Churchill tanks that were landed at Dieppe consisted of a mix of Marks 1, 2 and 3. The majority of the Mark 1s and 2s were in the Squadron B and C HQ troops. The Regimantal HQ troop also had Mark 1 and 2s. There was also a troop of Churchill Mark 1 Okes (flamethrower tanks).
One problem that you are going to run into doing Dieppe Churchills is that they were all modified for amphibious landing. The had, for example, box extentions on the side air intakes, large extenders on their exhaust pipes (forming a big "y" on top of the rear deck), and lots of canvass waterproofing stuck onto the side hatches, turret ring etc. When these waterproofing canvases were blown on landing the remains stayed stuck on the tanks kind of like half-stripped wall paper.
