I’ve now started to pick my way into a construction of the kit I’ve found things that were not as apparent to me while doing the review. Every single wheel hub has an ejector pin mark in it. Same old story about some being worse than others and it will be a pain to fix them all (I just know that weathering will bring out the manufacturing marks as sure as the sun shines).
The rip-snorting “slide-mold” technology has weakened some of the wheels to the point that they are paper thin in places and threaten to brake free of the hubs.
