Hi Mike,
Although I am unable to answer all emails sent to me, I do see them all, and I haven't received anything from you recently. It must have gotten lost somewhere.

As for the image problem, yes, I have changed something on the site. I was having a problem with other websites linking directly to images on my site for their own purposes. I was getting no credit for the images, and they were sucking up my bandwidth. So I found a feature in my hosting package that allows me to block sites from doing this. This option allows images to be loaded only if called for by a page on my own site. People can no longer link directly to images on my site, only htm pages (which I encourage). Since I have made this change, my bandwidth usage had dropped at least 10%.

But, the problem you are experiencing should not be happening. If you go directly to my site, and access it normally, the pages should load with their images normally. The fact that they are not tells me that there is something strange about how you access the site. Based on what I just told you, is there anything you can think of that may be causing this? (Are you using AOL, by any chance?)

In my next update, I will post a query asking viewers if anybody else is having this problem. If it turns out that it's widespread, I'll have to make changes again.

Sorry about the problem. Hopefully we can get it resolved quickly.
-Doug
