Hey Doug,
thanks for the reply. I have experienced the problem both at home and at work, both use different internet providers, but neither are AOL. The fact that you did not get the last email I sent you (and probably not the couple before that) suggests that there might be an issue with my home internet provider (SHAW Cable). I will check with them.
