I started assembling Attack's resin kit of the 12.8-cm Flak 40 gun. I noted a year or two ago that Attack had a problem with little resin spheres (from air bubbles?) on their resin kit... well no more. This problem is fixed.
Resin quality is sharp with few casting defects. A beautiful turned aluminum barrel. Clean-up of the resin is not hard, a razor saw and snips doing most of it easily. The tread pattern on the tires is fantastic. The resin seems less brittle than other resins I've wroked with.
No etched brass included as in ExtraTech's kit of this gun, but ExtraTech have no trailers.
Instrauctions are mediocre and I encourage Attack to improve instructions. |
