The reason I brought up the hull length is because if the Hornisse kit includes the same tracks as the Stugs, and if Dragon got the hull length correct, then the tracks will lose the "extra" length it had for replicating track sag. If in fact, the tracks are actually SHORTER than the ones included with the Stug kits, as Björn indicated, then it's no surprise that they are too short to fit the kit.
