Hi Mike,
I seem to be the lucky one. After buying over 400 kits over the past decade, I've not once had missing parts from any of them, including about two dozen Dragon kits. The worst that's happened to me was opening a box for an RPM Ford Truck, and finding a completely different kit in the box. But at least the kit was complete!
I've read that several others have had problems with Dragon, either missing or faulty parts, and I believe that in most, if not all cases, Dragon eventually comes through with the replacement parts, but it sometime takes a while.
