The top half is not yet attached to the bottom half. That is why there is still a gap. And still no zimmerrit on the front.
Except for the zimmerit, this tank will need more putty. The fit of the part is not like the Revell kits. A lot of gaps need to be filled.
If you want to buy/build a Stug IV, the early version from Dragon is the one to go for. The Revell/Matchbox one is... lets forget that one. The late version from Dragon has also some strange faults and misstakes. But more importaned, misses the side skirts. The early versio has both p/e one's and plastic one's.
This kit could have been perfect. The detail is just terrific. It is just a shame about the strange misstakes...
