Doug,
I made a quick pdf file out of the article. If you'd like to have it,
email me offline and I'll forward it to you. If you approve of the
quality, would you mind if I offered it to anyone else? It retains all
the On the Way logos, credits, and the like, e.g. it looks exactly as it
would on your site. But, out of professional courtesy, I'm asking your
permission first before I hand it out.
It's relatively small, ~240 Kbs. Manageable for even a dial-up connection.
