According to Achtung panzer no. 6, the Revell deck is the most correct. But that one is a late deck. When you place a wire mesh on the sqaure vents of the Esci/Italeri, it will correct them.
There are also 3 round disk at the rear of the rear deck. The middle one is in the early version covert by a wire mesh.

The late verion have a armoured cover placed over it. Like on the Revell rear deck.
I saw you're question on ML. And the Esci/Italeri rear deck is better for the JagdTiger because it is missing its attena base. Wich is wrong for the TigerII. But there is much wrong with the smaller detail on the Esci/Italeri rear deck. Even the Dragon rear deck would be more correct.
