The construction forum is for the discussion of small scale AFV modelling. Usually this refers to 1-76th and 1-72nd scale AFVs.

Hello Gabriel,

Sure the Revell kit has it problems to. Like i mentioned. And the Dragon gun barrel is far superior to the Revell one. But that is only one detail. So why do i think the Dragon kit is not so good as the Revell? The detail on the Dragon kit is in most of the places out of scale. It is to large. The instructions are wrong and missleading. The tracks... Need i say more. Just look at what some people have written about those tracks. Sure Dragons kit look nice in the box. But when you start to build, the trouble starts. I gues my hopes where to high for this kit. So now i feel completly led down by it. Maybey my idea's will change when i see one build. I have read a lot of postings from poeple that have started building them and run into a lot of trouble. From non of them i heard that they finished it.
Sure the Revell kit is far from perfect. And in the box the Dragon might look better. But i still think looks aren't everything. Most bauty's turn out to be real bitches... ;-)
