Actually, the Hasy kits predate the Dragon 1/72 kits (IN GENERAL) by a few years. The Jpz IV kits lineage is through the original Pz.IV kits from Hasegawa, and thus to the Karl Morser transporters the kits were originally derived from.

For its day the Hasy kit was excellent. Well molded, good detail...hideous tracks. I build one years ago, and I think its still a really good kit if you can replace the tracks...
