Hello -

I picked up the Shermans at the Nats this past weekend. Although not as good as DML's, good enough. I agree that some of the detail was heavy, the shovel in particular, as to go. The .30 cal, at first glance looks nice, but upon further inspection, looks a bit teenie.
I liked the option of 3 sets of boogies. The ready-made could possibly be used on the Exta-tech Shermans,M-10's, M-36's thus saving time & frustration over making theirs. As for the JS variants, they looked quite good. In fact, I was at a vendor table where he had the Roden kits as well at the Trumpeter kits. A person was looking over both JS tanks and having a hard time deciding which to get.
At the Trumpeter table, they also had further photos of the box art for the KV series too. They were very open to suggestions and had survey forms for people to fill out and give back to them.
As for the markings, my only other "tweak" was the marking are good, but they don't tell you which tanks they are for. You end up having to go back to your references. Someone asked abut the M4A1 markings ealier in the thread - they are for a tank unit in Isreal.
