Scale Coat 2 - Wash Away
Works real well.
Does not harm plastic.
To strip a model just take a cotton bud/Q-Tip,tooth brush or old paint brush, dip it in the fluid and scrub the model.
It should strip most if not all of that 20 to 30 year old paint.
You can also soak the whole model in the Wash Away fluid and scrub off the paint.
After your done wash the model with dish soap and water.
Oh... and wear rubber gloves and open a window.
