Well, I agree wheels suck, so repetitive. Tracks are a pain even if the end result justifies it. But for me personally, what drives me nuts is my obsessive compulsive quest for total accuracy to the point of hacking up the kit and making parts from scratch. Seems I spend more time thinking of how to make this or that than I do actually building. Doesnt matter what kit it is, I always tend to over complicate it even if the idea was a nice relaxing OOB! Im so bad off, I tend to turn every round part on a mini lathe to insure perfect roundness! Next thing you know, Im making headlight gaurds, that justifies wire handles, that brings PE into it next, and then its a full blown project......LOL I've even been known to model the light bulb inside headlights, tool handles from wood stock, you get the idea....... Maybe Im a nut case, but I just dont feel right unless every single model is as perfect as I personally can make it.
