You can try "Woojoo Mohyung", which is in a walking distance from Honk-Ik University subway station. IMO, this hobby shop is the best one in South Korea in the sense that you can find any kind of resin kits or rare ones---the owner himself has been a modeler for more than thirty years. Once you're in Seoul, you can reach him by callling 337-3188.
