Hello,

The worst resin kit has got to be the Lonestar RAM conversion.

I bought it a few years ago because it was going really cheap at my LHS. Everything was bad with the kit. The details looked like someone scratched it with a toothpick into soft clay before hardening. Flash everywhere. The resin was really brittle and had air bubbles. The instructions were just pictures of the RAM with some obligatory plan views.

All in all, they just plopped a piece of resin that looked like a RAM with no details, instructions or anything remotely useful into the box. Thankfully, I got it for a REAL steal. Didn't throw it into the trash though, might have potential for a range hulk or something.
