Ahh, the bangers takes me back. They were always pretty spectacular. Even in my forties that develish glint is in the eye just as strong as it was nearly 30 years ago when boats, planes and cars all got bought on a Saturday morning were built by lunchtime, played with until teatime and blown apart in the evening. I also did the airfix Hood in this fashion along with the HMS victory (a three banger affair that one) and it was very memorable. Can kids still buy bangers now?

Being serious about it I tend to display the odd one I have time to build in my cabinet but mostly they get given away to friends or their kids. One of these kids joined the army a year ago and still has a few on display in their barracks. They have inspired a few of the lads into doing their own in his squad.

It would be nice to sell some but I found that like some of the other people writing in the thread that you do not get enough back to cover costs let alone time.
