Will,
I used to order a bit from HLJ, but have stopped recently. As far as I know
(at least it was the case a year ago), hey always ship kits to the States
via UPS International Express. I seem to recall that it runs about 30-35%
of the order (based on a 10,000 yen order). The plus side is that you get
the game within 2-3 days, but I always felt that the shipping was a bit
much.
