-I would produce kits that you want but over the course of several years. This way you will be hungry for them.
-I would make you buy inaccurate kits in the hopes that you may think it will be the only version ever produced. It would save me money in the long run, cause whats a 1mm or 2 between friends.
-I would make kits with tracks that even a first time modeller would have a hard time to assemble and get discouraged and buy a car instead.
-I would try to put my competition under by making the same kits they are, just slightly better. Besides, you want quantity right?
-I would after 25 years dust off old moulds and reintroduce them as new kits cause the consumer has a short memory.
Good thing I dont own a model company. 8-)
