Jim Cichy -
I shudder and shed a silent tear inside every time I look at the unbuilt
DML kits on my shelf. Had I the eyesight and patience, every one of the
Alan track links needed the mold parting line cleaned up. I just think
that, for this particular version and for most German armor, the
link-to-link tracks are a waste for average modelers unless they are really
concerned about the extra level of detail the links can provide when
molded, assembled, and painted carefully.

The main goal I reached with the Alan tracks was making a jig from scrap
wood that I can adjust to use for any link-to-link assembly I choose to do
in the future.

Best to you in modeling,
CTew
