Hi Folks, I'd like to add my support to Evgeny and Javier's request for WW1 armour. Why stop at that though? A huge range of trucks, light rail engines, anti-aircraft guns on flat-bed lorries, armoured cars, field kitchens, ambulances, water sanitisers et c. are well documented, but poorly represented in kit form. A comprehensive range of artillery, trench mortars and machine guns is also sadly lacking.
It's only eight years until the centenary of the outbreak of the Great War. I reckon that's enough time for some enterprising company such as Eduard or Roden to produce a good selection of the above in 1/35th scale and pantograph them down to !/48th and "braille scale" to broaden their market. It's happened with the WW1 aircaft over recent years and it's time it happened for the ground forces too. |
