I wasn't too happy with this one. I decided in some fit of MADNESS, to
repaint the uniform. I did the usual, Humbrol, dullcote, oil wash, etc.
Well, the coat had a slight gloss to it. It wasn't the look of the leather I
wanted. So the night before I was leaving for Aberdeen, I hit it with
another shot of Dullcote. WRONG!!!!! The uniform "silvered", and the joint
where the neck meet the tunic, was the worse. Looks like his undershirt is
sticking out!
I took it anyway, since I really liked the way the coat, and the face turned
out [although somehow the paint went "weird, and there is a discolored
section of the right side of the neck, screw it].
Overall, even with the errors, it's not bad. |
