Tom,
Without wishing to make excuses for Cromwell- their delivery times have always been extremely long, so don't panic, you haven't been 'had', your order will eventually arrive. As already mentioned there are a few factors slowing up their production rate- not least the high demand for the new Churchills. Remember that they're (like a lot of resin manufacturers) essentially a one man out fit, so any kind of domestic problem, holiday etc, brings production to a halt.
Finally, if you don't think the quality of the product you eventually recieve compensates for the waiting period- don't order again and make your feelings known in a product review on Track Link.
If Gordon from Cromwell should read this (I know he sometimes visits) I'd suggest adding a very clear statement to the web page saying that delivery times can be some what variable and turn off your spam filter so your customers emails can get through.
