Whilst with this excellent dio' I don't think there's anything that I would take particular exception to, I find it a bit off putting that the views of anyone who has been offended are being rubbished. We can't bury our heads in the sand and pretend it's a none issue if we're putting our work up for public consumption. On TL the bar is set by Paul, it's a more delicate balance for show organisers, etc. Everyones cut off point is different and everyones idea of a touchy subject is different. It doesn't take that much imagination to think of diorama scenario that would offend everyone, be completely unaccectable for publication, but would be an accurate depiction of the realities of war.
Not advocating any kind of censorship here, just pointing out that those who don't like the gore are perfectly entitled to say so without being told to go and find another hobby.

P.S.-Just to illustrate how different sensitivities can be, a few years ago a very well built dio' attracted stacks of complaints- not because it featured scenes of gore, rape, dead children, etc- it had a soldier taking a leak and you could see his penis.........
