someone wants to model an 'action' diorama with gun thats been fired.
I'm pretty sure Dragon didn't make the barrel recoilable so guys could 'play' with their static models. "Boom, boom, you're dead!!"
Now, if the were $100+ I could see the temptation to whine about parts/details you don't need. But, gheesh they are only $40-50Cdn and are basically "Here is a free AFV with your inexpensive aftermarket parts'.
Also, a higher parts count can be because its simply easier to mould several parts and avoid the complexity and cost of slide moulds.
