| I was building models a lot in the 70's, mostly German with a Russian and British kit here and there. I started highschool in 79 and left modeling for the sex drugs and rock n roll thing. In the early 90's got back into modeling mostly to keep me home, first kit being the new Tamiya Tiger I late. I could not believe what the hobby has become in my decade away from it. I suppose my generation used to build models as opposed to today where the kids are into video games. Now all the kids from then are grown and willing to spend money. |
