Isn't that what they did though? Like with the pz IV, they said that they went to APGs, but everyone doubted the measurements...people whipped out their Ground Power and Panzer Tracts books and all that other stuff...frankly, IDK what to think...you're right though...it did end in confusion because I for one still kind of don't know what to totally believe...
