First thing to try if you are having problems is to install/reinstall
Quicktime 4. The program does not auto-install it. I had an older version
and the Quicktime features did not run until I upgraded.
Open the CD by going to My Computer, right-clicking on the CD player, and
selecting Open. Find the Quictime folder, open it and there should be a
setup.exe program. Hit it and let it install Quicktime. This should get the
CD to run 90% of the time. If not, you will probably have to contact them
for tech support.
