Paul,
i guess this is a question of supply and demand.
There are more Non-German subjects available now. And the subject choice of the manufacturers became a little boring over the years: like another Tiger I, another SdKfz 251 Variant, another Panther....you guys know what i mean.Although the quality of the kits raised and raised, the Subjects are stagnating (of course there are exceptions).

Some of the small series resin casters have released conversion sets to make vehicles not yet released as injection molded. And it seems the manufacturers now see, that Non-german subjects can be successfull as well; i remember the reactions as Tamiya announced the char 1, or Bronco announced the comet ect.

But the new 38(t) will bee successfull, and it seems Tristar will be faster than the Dragon this time.

Another point is that those collectors of German stuff might reach there limit of hardware space in there homes because of the great supply of german subjects. Models in the box need less space than assembled ones.

My thought about this, i am interested in yours

regards
Frankl
