Ok let me try to set the record straight and at least attempt to clear up
some dis-information! First the 3,7cm Flak 37 is not, never was, never will
be the 3,7cm Flak 43; they are two totally different guns period, just as
an apple is not an orange yet they are both fruit! The kits of these two
DIFFERENT guns are therefore different and NOT the same, the Italeri kit
has more in common with the CMK 3,7cm Flak 43 although once again they are
NOT copies of one another. This I am fairly certain of as I'm writing this
after a careful review of the instructions and sprues of all three kits (
Tamiya, Italeri & CMK).

I've recently noticed that uninformed replies keep appearing all over the
web regarding kits and them being IDENTICAL when they are'nt! Recently on
T-L it was the Esci / Italeri Demag while currently on M-L it's the Italeri
S.A.S. Land Rover/ Tamiya Pink Panther. If we could all just be a little
more prudent (myself included) in our responses, we all like to get it right
and you can't build a kit with the wrong instructions so let's try to start
helping each other in our hobby instead of hindering.

As for the original post I'd lean towards the use the Tamiya 3,7cm Flak 37;
however if you choose to use the Italeri kit I've some photos of the
3,7cmFlak 43 Zwilling which may be of use.HTH
Best regards,
Gary Donaldson
