I have dealt with them. They seem like they are trying to do a good job. I had some issues with a missing part from my Skybow Tiger. Skybow wouldn't respond but they finally did get it for me. I think they are a victim of thier own success. Thier prices and shipping are very good and i think they got a lot more business than they expected. I had an email chat with the owner and he said as much - the order and email system bogged down but he said they would get up to speed and it appears they have.
I bought an Academy M3 lee from them beciase the price was astounding $25 USD and free shipping. They thought they were going to get them in May. MRC had a fit and got thier shipment held up because they were "undercutting" them. Supposed to be here today. Can't say I blame them for the delay. They did respond promptly to emails, though, which I put a high value on.
Overall good guys.
