Of course all the aspects are important, but personally, since I find the weathering aspect the most challenging, I also find it the most rewarding. It seems like a sin sometimes to take a very nicely constructed and painted piece of armor and attack it with the full gauntlet of weathering products (much like parachuting out of a perfectly good airplane). However, I find a very good weathering job can really improve even a very good build and paint job. So I guess the rewards are worth the risks.
