Bob,
I've had the pleasure of speaking with Jeff before Boresight and, yes, he is a nice guy. But the fact still remains that this is a pattern and not an exception to the rule. I had the same problem with him relating to his own business ventures. The end result is he no longer has me as a customer.
I had a subscription problem and I emailed him.
A month later, no response. Okay, so some people
don't quite have this checking their email regularly down yet. No big deal. I write him a polite letter explaining the problem. Three months later, still no response, still no magazine. Do you begin to see the pattern, Bob? Finally, after writing another letter telling him in more or less polite terms to shove his subscription where the sun doesn't shine and to take me off his mailing list; I did get half the issues of his magazine that were due me.
So, Bob, does the dog eat his snail mail, too?
As to "AMPS is on the brink of becoming the most important armor related club in the world," don't get me started.
