Take the U-Bahn to the Rotkreuzplatz, enter the "Donnersbergerstrasse", there you will find a very good modelling shop. Forgot the name but it's well worth a visit, 20 times better than whole Neuhauserstrasse. Or take the sub to Allach, 1 min away, Mannertstrasse, is "Traudl's Modellbauladen".
