I'm not Johannes but I live next to Munich. Neuhauserstrasse, Spielwaren Obletter, carries nothing special, just easily available stuff. Therefore I've not been there for years. Spielwaren Schuster, Donnersbergerstrasse, carries a much wider range. It's the same with Traudl's Modellbauladen in Allach. BAM, Buy a model in Erding is some 40 km away from Munich and is a very big mail-order-company. IMHO this is the place for you. But mind the opening hours first: 14:00-18:00, on saturdays 09:00-16:00. Franz-Brombach-Strasse in Erding.
