I don't know... but what get's me is that some companies get slagged for using a donor kit part, suitably modified and other companies get praise for doing pretty much the same thing.

For example, VLS (or Harper) released a Sherman turret a couple of years ago and got flamed because it was based on the Tamiya M4 Sherman turret... but don't other companies use this turret?
