So far I have sold 9. I always put a starting bid at what I feel I need to break even for the price of the kit and whatever else I may have put into it (not counting labour). The lowest I sold was my Marder II for $20.00 (I only paid $5 for the kit and another $5 for the tracks), the most was a DML E-100 that went for $76.00, I think I paid $20.00 plus shipping for it. So, in theory I will be able to work my way up to the "good" kits at this rate.
A big plus, as I report my winnings to my wife, she is steadily becoming less hostile to my hobby;) |
